Fiesta Time

I stuck with black with this satchel so that the great colors on the skulls and the glittery gold embellishments would really stand out! The print is great- painted sugar skulls from Dia de los Muertos are set against a black background. I used black canvas for the strap and body,and red satin lining. I realize the photo shows black pom poms, but the ones I have made actually have RED pom poms! I spaced out and put red instead of black. It like it better. Sorry the photo isn't accurate.The big back pocket is made from the same great print and has a black flap with red top stitching that snaps shut at the top. Come join the party!
