How
to order:
Ordering is easy! Click on the thumbnail photo of the
purse, another window will open with detail photos
and a description. Beside the price is a button that
reads “Order”…
if you click on that, the purse will be added to your
shopping cart. If you wish to go back and look at more
purses, you can go there at any time by clicking on
the "Keep Shopping"
button. Your order will only be processed once you’ve
filled out all the order information and completed
the transaction.You can choose to delete selections
at any time before finalizing the order. I will receive
notification that your order is in, and will mail the
purse(s) within 4 business
days.
Payments:
I accept Visa and Mastercard through my website shopping
cart. This is the quickest and easiest option.
Safe, secure and easy. If you prefer to pay by
check or money order, please contact me. Orders
will not be sent until payment is received and
checks have cleared.
Shipping:
To make things easier for everyone, I now offer free
shipping for orders in the U.S. and Canada. If
ordering from outside these two countries, I will
add on a $6 shipping fee to the final order and
contact you with the total before processing your
order. If the bag is small and I can use a padded
mailer, I will ship First Class. If the purse is
larger, or the order is for multiple bags, I will
use a Priority Shipping box and ship Priority Mail.
After receiving your order, I will mail the package

Return
Policy:
I take pride in my purses and want you to be completely
satisfied. If you want to return an item purchased
from Bolsa Bonita for a refund, please contact me explaining
the reason for the refund. We will make arrangements
for you to return your purchased bag and receive a
refund. Refunds will be issued by check, not a credit
to a credit card. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund
shipping charges. All refund requests must be made
within 10 days of delivery, and can only be honored
for bags returned in new condition. If you have any

Policy:
I hold a firm commitment to the privacy of my customers.
Several forms on my site require users to enter personal
information (e.g., name and email). I use customer
contact information from these forms to send the customer
information about Bolsa Bonita or to contact customers
when necessary. I will never sell, rent or otherwise
share your personally-identifiable information with
any third party. I take all steps possible to ensure
that your credit card and personal information is kept
safe and secure. I utilize Yahoo Store's secure shopping
cart to process your order.
